Crèches
It is difficult to give an indication on the price of a crèche as each one is different and it depends on how many children are attending and the age ratio in relation to staffing.

If you can contact us by phone or email with some information of the likely venue and number of children attending, their ages and the duration of the crèche we will work out a costing.

Babysitting
We are currently working on introducing a membership scheme for families who will use the sitter service on a regular basis.
 
A booking fee of £7.50 is applicable to all bookings plus a fee per hour depending on number of children and sitters required.
 
Remember you can always double up and share the cost of a sitter with friends!

Parties
A guideline starting price of £5.00 per head for party of 16 children.
Price includes each child having their face-painted and a goody bag.  (Face painting can be themed around the party i.e. pink princesses, Spiderman etc).

Face Painting
For face painting the price depends on the nature of the event  - how many people are attending, whether Little Fishes are being contracted to do the work by a company or just attending in their own right.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations of bookings are as follows:
All cancellations of services must be made by telephoning Karen Fisher on 07788 151767

• No charge for cancellation with more than 24 hours notice
• A minimum of 1 hour charge for cancellations made within 24 hours and not less than 8 hours before cooking commencement
• Full minimum booking fee for cancellations made within 8 hours of scheduled start time.

Babysitting

• Parents agree that in the best interests of the children and the carer the babysitter will arrive 15 minutes before parents are due to depart.
• Parents agree to only book the services of the carer through Little Fishes and will not approach the carer directly or through a third party for such services
• Parents agree not to request from the carer any personal contact details either directly or through a third party.
• In the event of a breach of the above two clauses Little Fishes reserve the right to terminate this agreement and in the event of such termination, the parent will be liable for any loss suffered by Little Fishes Childcare (Wales) LLP.

Liability

• Little Fishes agree to undertake and follow all necessary steps to ensure the safest carers are provided to families.  This includes receiving a C V/ completion of an application form, face to face interview, take up  or checking of an enhanced CRB  and uptake of reference.
• Whilst Little Fishes will use all reasonable methods to ensure the carers suitability. Little Fishes accept no responsibility for any negligent, malicious, wilful or criminal act or omission of any carer, nor any loss suffered by the parent as a consequence thereof.
  By acceptance of these terms and conditions, the parent fully indemnifies Little Fishes against all costs, claims, damage, expenses and liabilities whatsoever arising from the carer’s act or omission.
• For the avoidance of any doubt whilst the carer is engaged in carrying out babysitting duties, the overriding instruction and direction is that of the parent.

Termination

• Either party have the right to terminate this agreement at any time with written notice to the other party.
